Control over every single production step

Since the product passes through a wide variety of production phases, in which the component properties are first created or changed by processing, it is necessary for complete traceability that suitable measuring and testing procedures are applied at the most diverse points in the production process. This begins with incoming goods inspection and quality testing of the powders to be used; after completion of the production process, the quality of the construction job is checked by means of retained samples; the product properties after completion of the construction job can be confirmed non-destructively even before the subsequent post-processing. After the post-processing steps have been completed, the new overall condition and the success of the post-processing measures are checked. Finally, a final inspection of the finished product, agreed with the customer, is carried out and the results are made available to the customer in a fully transparent manner.
